   Sorry team, by now you should know that the current lockdown rules for Regional NSW have been extended for another week (to 28th Aug).Due to those rules, we cannot hold our dance session at the Annex this Monday 23rd August. Let's focus all our hopes and positive energy to have the lockdown being successful to lower new cases, so that we can return to the Annex on Mon 30th August guys !!!Remember all our songs, tutorials, etc. can be found in the website:https://arregui.net/dance-therapy-group/Please use them to refresh your memory and dance a bit from home! That will keep you healthy, both physically and mentally, and when we're back at the Annex you'll have an easier time to dance the choreographies as you'll remember them all. Hope everyone stays happy, healthy and safe at home. It's just another week guys, it's go quick and after that we'll be laughing and dancing again.COVID-safe hugs & kisses to all.Raul
