DANCE SESSIONS RE-STARTED !!!

   Hello All,We had a great restart of our dance sessions today. When arriving at the Annex there was still a sign that it was closed, but the council informed us all halls were open from today. The key opened the door and inside except for a bit of dust on the wooden floors, all was fine. There is a new door with steps to enter the hall from the back, and all windows are now fixed. The hall looks good !!Attendees in person were: Gabi, Lia, Melva, Sue & Col, Michael & Raul. Melva was not able to stay for the dance session, just came to say HI to the group and that was wonderful !! Also, we had the ZOOM session going and Alison joined us from her home via zoom which was wonderful too !!!Most of today's session was social, lots of chatting and catching up, but we did some dancing too: Jerusalema to start (following our tradition), Waka Waka, Valle Pogonishte, Gorani and La Bicicleta (zumba). We did amazing considering we had not done any of these dances in 4+ months !!! Congratulations to the whole team !!!Sorry everyone as I tried recording the zoom session but my laptop errored and did not do it. We kept the masks inside while dancing, but set up a circle of chairs where we could take breaks between the songs, remove the masks while seating and chat. That worked very well for everyone !!It was so good to be back there, to catch up with those who were able to join in person or zoom, to dance and to have fun together. I cannot wait for next week's dance session and perhaps more members might join then.Have a great week, and see you Mon 1st Nov 6pm at the Annex for another dance session !!!Hugs and kisses,Raul
