Hello All:
Look forward to seeing many of you at our 1st Dance Session of the 2023 Term 2 cycle this coming Monday 1st May 5pm at the ANNEX. I received funds from the following 15 members: Carolyn & Peter, Clare, Gabie, Jayne, Key, Lia, Marisabel & Tom, Melva, Sharon, Suzi & Peg, and Michael & Raul (Thanks guys!).
Sue & Col told me they’ll come Monday and will bring the money then. Sue told me today her money should be in the bank next week, and she’ll start 2nd week. Teresa will start 2nd week too, and will bring her money then. We might have 2 new members this Monday too: Cindy (the lady that joined us while rehearsing for the Harmony Concert) and Doris (friend of mine who works at the Art Gallery).
So, it looks like we’ll have 20 members of more which means we’ll have all needed funds to cover these 20 weeks hall hire, and perhaps a few more! Remember our website has all the info about our dances, tutorials, songs, etc: https://arregui.net/dance-therapy-group/
The first few minutes of Monday, I’d like to discuss with the group to come up with a plan for our 20 weeks. I’d suggest to pick 5 dance styles to learn together, and assign 4 weeks to each style. Then, we’ll need trainers for these dance styles to learn, if you’re keen to train the team let us know on Monday. We could do some of our “oldies”, or pick a brand new one.
