Hello All:
We had a great session tonight! The hall has new heaters, and just a few minutes after we arrived the place was cozy; and after a few dances we turned the heaters off as we were HOT! We had 17 group members attending today: Carolyn & Peter, Clare, Jayne, Lia, Melva, Nina & Michael, Sharon, Sue & Col, Sue, Suzi & Peg, Teresa, Michael & Raul.
We started with LA BICICLETA ( https://arregui.net/wp-content/uploads/1607/91/la-bicicleta-zumba-tutorial.mp4 ) to warm up; and we did!
Our wonderful PEG offered to be our dance instructor for our 1st new choreography DANCING ON WATER ( https://arregui.net/2023/05/08/dancing-on-water/ ). He explained to the whole team every move, and in just a few minutes we were all dancing to this beautiful tune. THANKS SO MUCH PEG !!!
After that, we practiced the choreography to MEN IN BLACK ( https://arregui.net/2023/04/30/men-in-black-dance-choreography-thanks-sue-davis/ ) suggested by SUE ; and I think this time WE GOT IT !!! After just a few tries, we were all dancing it. WELL DONE TEAM !!!
We finished the session dancing one of the old classics VALLE POGONISHTE ( https://arregui.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/valle-pogonishte-albanian-tutorial-peg.mp4 ). There are a few new team members who are not familiar with this choreography, so we will go over it step-by-step next week.
Heads up for next week: our amazing SHARON is considering to be our dance instructor for our 2nd new choreography FELICES LOS 4 ( https://arregui.net/wp-content/uploads/1607/91/felices-los-4-zumba-tutorial.mp4 ). If all goes well, we might be able to start learning that choreography in a short time. THANKS IN ADVANCE SHARON !!!
