We had a small group today, but we still managed to have a great night! Attendees were (12): Carolyn & Peter, Clare, Col & Sue, Jayne, Lia, Melva, Nina, Suzi, Michael & Raul.
We started with LA BICICLETA, then MEN IN BLACK, and then the WITCHES DANCE. Then Jayne introduced us to a brand new Hawaiian choreography to the song WICKED GAME by Chris Isaak, the whole team loved it and we'll continue to practice it next week. I've just added the song to our list of songs on the website (Thanks Jayne!).
Then we tried an old choreography that we had not finished: COTTON EYE JOE, after a few tries the group was performing the dance but it was a bit too demanding on the group (including a few jumps and all). We proceeded to dance DANCING ON WATER and WAKA WAKA right after.
Then, Nina made a suggestion for the team to consider, it was a different choreography to COTTON EYE JOE which was a lot more spectacular to do as a group, and easier than the previous one. We all loved it, and we'd decided we will continue to practice it at the next dance sessions (Thanks Nina!).
