Hello Dancing Friends:
First of all, apologies for not running last night’s session. It was due to a combination of a very busy day, the wet and cold weather, and a lot of laziness that caused me to cancel the session.
I look forward to seeing you all next week for our next dance session, and start exploring dance style and choreography choices for the next few months. Peg offered to teach us a ROMANIAN CIRCLE DANCE choreography named CINE ARE NOROC ARE (translates something like “who has the luck”). I’ve added the tutorial to the website at: https://arregui.net/cine-are-noroc-are-romanian-circular-dance-peg/ (THANKS PEG!)
Also, I would like to recommend to the group to redo the RUEDA DE SALSA choreography to the song LA VIDA ES UN CARNAVAL (life is a carnival) by Celia Cruz. We have not done this choreography in a while, it is Latin and different to other things we’re doing and it’ll be great to have it ready to dance by the group. Dear Raul,Please do not apologise for cancelling.I am glad you are practicing self care. I am probably a bit too good at practicing self care and find it so easy to stay home and think I'll go next week!!But I enjoy your dance sessions so much. I love the dances that are all multicultural and have so much variety.
