Hello Charmaine and All:
We have the ANNEX booked until Monday 16th December, so that will be our last dance session of 2024 (and our Year-End / XMAS party too!).
We have to discuss with the group to sense of we have enough people interested in continuing in 2025. 
On previous years, we have resumed dancing from first Monday in March, Monday 3rd March, as January and February are just too hot at the ANNEX, as there is no aircon.
Then the last day would be mid Dec, that is Monday 15th December. That is a total of 42 weeks, and I think that will cost about $1500 to book the ANNEX for those weeks.
If we keep the membership fee as the 2024 one ($50pp for the whole year for individual members; children under 12yo free of charge), we will need 24 members to renew membership to have enough funds to pay for the ANNEX hiring.
The issue with 2025 is that Michael and I will be on holiday from early May to mid-June; so if another member wants to take the coordination of the sessions from me and continue wonderful, otherwise there will be about 6 weeks without dance then.
QUESTION-1: Please confirm if you would be willing to pay $50pp to join the 2025 season

Please reply to this email before Friday at NOON and I will count the numbers then.
If we get enough members, then I'll proceed with booking the ANNEX hall on those weeks in 2025. Michael and I are a YES, so we already have 2 members. We still need a few more !!
