Hello Dancer Friends!
We had another great dance evening, guys! It was a bit warm and hummed, especially at the end, but we managed to dance and have good fun.
We were 25: Bev, Clancy & Dan with Banjo & Wren, Courtney, Julie, Denise, Josie with Zanthi, Kathy, Lou, Laura, Maree, Michael, Peg, Sue, Suzi, Telissa, Yuyu, Teresa, T, Jenny, Rose and Raul.
We danced 14 choreographies together: CINE ARE NOROC ARE, DI MURGULE DI, ELVIRA, GORANI, MANIAC, MURDER ON THE DANCEFLOOR, PATA-PATA, SHIVERS, WAKA-WAKA, and YA TABTAB. We also danced a brand new choreography taught to us by Courtney, did not get the name of the song but it was wonderful and I am sure we will dance it again next time (Thanks Courtney!).

Also remember these two important items:
- END OF YEAR PARTY – Our party will be on Monday 15th December from 4:30pm at the ANNEX. Please, BYO a plate to share and whatever you want to drink. Then, we will eat, drink, celebrate 2025 and of course DANCE together. The party theme will be SUMMER DRESS CODE (eg. shorts, colourful shirts, Hawaiian, swimmers, surf clothing, etc). We will be playing the WHITE ELEPHANT GIFT EXCHANGE GAME (see instructions attached); if you want to participate bring a gift following the instructions.
- HOLIDAY BREAK – The last dance session of 2025 will be our End of Year Party (Mon 15th Dec), then we will stop sessions during the holiday season. Our first 2026 dance session will be on Monday 12th January at 5pm at the ANNEX.
We only have 21 members who signed and paid the 2026 membership. If you plan on joining the 2026 season, and haven't signed and paid yet:
- please complete and sign the attached membership enrolment form. Complete the WORD or PDF forms attached, and either scan/email it back to me ([email protected]) or bring it to a dance session
