   Hello Dear Friends:We had a lot of fun tonight !!! We were  29 : Alison, Bev, Clancy & Dan with Banjo & Wren, Courtney, Jayne, Julie, Denise, Josie & Josh with Zanthi, Kathy, Lou, Lisbeth, Max, Michael, Pam, Peg, Sharon, Sue, Suzi, Telissa, Yuyu, Teresa, T, Brock and Raul. Everyone brought delicious food to share, it was a great feast !!!! Thanks guys !!!! The party started with the formal THANK YOU to each one of our amazing dance instructors who have taught us many new dances during the 2025 season: Clancy Daly, Dan Daly, Banjo Daly, Wren Daly, Clare Nowak, Courtney Sabat, Jayne Blackshaw, Lou Johnson, Max Bolden, Peg Ryan, Suzi Krawczyk and Teresa Cuda. Then we proceeded to eat, drink and danced  11  of our choreographies: CINE ARE NOROC ARE, ELVIRA, FOOTLOSE, MANIAC, MEN IN BLACK, MURDER ON THE DANCEFLOOR, SHIVERS, TAMOURE (WINI WINI), WAKA-WAKA, WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER, and YA TABTAB; and we also danced to a bunch of other songs like Beat It (Michael Jackson), Conga (Gloria Estefan), I Just Wanna Dance, No More Tears (Enough Is Enough), Proud Mary (Tina Turner), We No Speak Americano, and more.

   We had a great year we had in 2025 !!! We had 39 dance sessions through the year, learned 7 new choreographies: Pata-Pata, Murder on the Dance Floor, Bailando Bachata (still work-in-progress), Island in the Sun, Ya Tabtab, Tamoure and Di Murgule Di. We had a total of 40 dancers through the year who attended more than 3 sessions, 29 members and 11 guests (we had more than 40 more guests who visited us and danced with us 3 or less sessions). Eight (8) members attended more than two thirds (2/3) of all sessions: Josie and Zanthi, Laura, Max, Pam, Peg & Suzi and Sue H.Our 2026 season has 29 members, which is wonderful !!! Remember we will have a short break, no dance sessions until the 1st session on Monday 13th January 5pm (yup, 2026 sessions start 5pm guys!) and our January sessions will be at the Nowra School of Arts (wow!), from February will get back to the Annex. If you want to keep your dancing skills sharp and ready for January, remember that songs and tutorials can be found on the website:Songs: https://arregui.net/dance-therapy-songs-for-choreographies/Tutorials-website: https://arregui.net/dance-therapy-the-dances-clips-to-show-steps-and-styles-by-duncan-marshall/
