Hello everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well!!
I wanted to share something close to my heart that my dearest friend T and I have been working on together. Raul has been an absolute gem and given me permission to share on here! So a huge thank you Raul!! Absolute legend!
So,Through our own experiences, we know just how powerful music, movement, and dance can be, how much joy it brings, how regulating it can feel, and how deeply it supports healing, confidence, and connection. Because of that, we’ve decided to create a small business offering Creative Regulation & Therapeutic Movement spaces designed to support neurodivergent and NDIS-aligned participants who benefit from moving, expressing, and feeling at home in their bodies.
Combining our skills and brains we’ve decided to join forces and create a business venture! JHQ Collective! Super exciting and nerve racking for both of us! But we really appreciate your support xx
So in saying that,
I’m currently running a 1.5-hour Creative Regulation & Therapeutic Movement workshop as a pilot, with the intention of opening additional workshops and developing ongoing classes in the future depending on how it’s received and numbers!
If you happen to know anyone who is self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS who might enjoy or benefit from something like this, I’d be incredibly grateful if you felt comfortable passing the flyer on and encouraging them to reach out.
The first workshop is:
Saturday 28th February, starting at 11:00am
Bomaderry Community Hall
For this initial stage, self-managed and plan-managed participants are preferred.
Anyone interested is very welcome to email me at
[email protected]
to ask questions or register their interest.
We all know how much movement can make us feel alive, connected, and more ourselves and any support in sharing this through the community would be so genuinely appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read, and for being part of such a supportive space 💛
Much love,
Brock & T

Wow that's great All the best in your venture. PegOn Tue, 10 Feb 2026, 2:58 pm , <[email protected]> wrote:

Thanks Brock and T, a great Initiative. I don’t see many NDIS clients but will keep you in mind.
Best wishes,
Laura
