There was a good crowd tonight and we got through alot of dances including the 2 new ones, The
Lion King dance led by Dan and Clancy and Sabrina Carpenter's Manchild led by Max, both are alot of fun and we've picked them up pretty quickly.
We also did the old familiar ones, Elvira ( to Cotton eye Joe ) Shivers, Men in Black, Gorani, Di Murgale Di, Cine Are Noroc Are, Maniac (with Clare ) Murder on the dance floor ( led by Max )
La Bicicleta, You should be dancing and finished with Waka Waka.
We were pleased to have Clare back on the dance floor after a long break. Raul and Micheal came at the beginning of the session to see everyone and say Hola, and Raul seemed to be recovering well from his operation, but needs to take it easy for a while longer, best wishes Raul.XX
The rest of us were: Max, Suzi, Peg, Clare, Karen, Teresa, Allie, Jenny, Pam, Jayne, Clancy, Dan, Banjo, Wren, Laura, Julie, and Sue.
Thanks everyone, hope you have a good week.
Peg
Thanks Peg !!! and it was wonderful to see everyone there, even if just briefly this time, but if I continue to improve I will be back week after next to join the low-intensity dance choreographies for sure !!!! One thing to share with the group: I've received a call from council. They are doing work on the big Nowra School of Arts building, and due to that the access to the toilet through the back is not possible. They apologised as they should have told us in advance, and they did not, but they are working on a solution to give us access to the Nowra School of Arts from the front, so that if anyone needs the toilet that's an option for us.Alternatively, the Nowra Library is open Mondays until 7pm, and they have public toilets we could use if needed while they are working on the Nowra School of Arts, they are a bit further for us, but nevertheless they are good clean toilets if we need them. Once I hear from council on the solution to access the big NSOA toilets, I will pass it to the group. Hugs & kisses to everyone!Raul Arregui[email protected] or [email protected]0418 273 504On Mon, 16 Feb 2026 at 20:12, <[email protected]> wrote:
