Hello Dance Therapy Friends:
We had a great session, but as expected we were a smaller number than normal due to the holiday. However, we made the most of the dance session anyway !!!
We were 14: Alison came with guests Richard, Issy, and Jess with her beautiful children; and we also had Kathy, Max, Michael, Pam, Peg, Suzi, Telissa, Teresa, Tina and Raul.
We danced only 8 choreographies: COTTON EYE JOE (to ELVIRA steps), FIESTA TUNGUSIA (new by Peg), GOOD LUCK BABE (new by Raul), GORANI, JERUSALEMA, MANCHILD, MANIAC, WAKA WAKA.
The reason we were only able to do 8 choreographies, is that we learned 2 new choreographies tonight !!!
Peg taught us the dance steps to Fiesta Tungusia (Haris Pilton), a Balkan dance that Peg created for us (Thanks Peg!).
Then, I taught the group the steps to Good Luck, Babe (Chappell Roan) with a choreography created by Green Line Dance.
Both choreographies were a hit with those dancing, and we look forward to showing them to more group members next week !!!
