We had an unusual night in quite a few ways.Firstly we celebrated the birthdays of Wren, Clancy, James and Peg ( I think we should have also celebrated Courtneys ) and we also celebrated Argentinian Independence day. We had cake and drinks and Alfajores which Teresa made and they were delicious and Yerba Mate and we spent time just talking and socialising. We sadly were missing Raul who as you know is in Argentina spending time with his family and his mother who is not well.
Then we free danced to 2 tracks, the first Clancy selected and I can't remember the name, and the second was Tracy Thorn and Everything but The Girl with “Missing ” as a warm up. We then did Elvira to Man I feel like a Woman, Shivers, Maniac, And then Teresa guided us through an argentinian dance that we did in a circle with blue and white scarves it was called El Sol del 25 by Jorge Gordillo and it was in commemoration of Argentinian Independence.
Then Micheal led us and taught us the steps to his new dance to the song “Lloyd I'm ready to be heart broken ” by Camera Obscura, which is my new crush, such an adorable song! We didn't even do Waka Waka at the end (what the heck?) I think we finished there ? as we had run over time.
Some of us then went to the Australian pub for dinner which was also fun, Such a boring life!
