Asia vs. Africa Comparison Analysis as of 27th October 2020

Asia vs. Africa Highest Caseloads and Deaths per 1M Population (plus USA & China as reference)
ASIA + USA CASES AFRICA + USA CASES
African countries still have far less cases per population than Asian countries (Middle East region); South Africa is the only African country with high caseload
USA has significantly more cases per population than AFRICA (more than 2x more than South Africa); but it is 6th when compared with ASIA (behind Qatar, Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait and Oman)
All African countries seem to have flatten the curve (or are increasing their caseload very slowly); while many Asian countries (Middle East region) are climbing still
ASIA  + USA DEATHS AFRICA + USA DEATHS
ASIA countries' death rates are higher than AFRICA countries with the exception of South Africa; USA death rate is significantly higher than all ASIA or AFRICA countries
Most countries in AFRICA have flattenned the curve (with the exception South Africa); a few Asian countries are still increasing their death toll; USA keeps climbing
Iran and South Africa have very similar death rates (less than 1/2 the death rate of the USA)
