Colombia is back in the report, and at the top of this chart with the highest caseload per 1M in the group Colombia is back, and it has the highest death per 1M in the group 
India is 2nd but way below Argentina (about 3 times smaller) India is 2nd but way below Argentina (almost 3 times smaller death rate)
Japan made it into the Hotspots today too, its curve is consistent with Philippines (3rd in the group) Japan also made it into the Hotspots but it's death rate is way smaller than other countries
