NSW cases continue to climb, mostly locally transmitted
Reports updated to show data from 1st July to the present
NSW has more cases from this outbreak (from 16th June) than it has ever had since the 1st COVID-19 case in January 2020

The current outbreak started on 16th June and has increased daily, and so far continues to grow 
The curve is showing sings of exponential grown now which is a very bad sign
Total number of cases reported yesterday was 268 but only 330 of those were included in the NSW Health data file.

A total of 1080 new cases in the last 4 days.
From the 1080, only 14 cases were overseas acquired with 1066 cases locally acquired (99%) -- 535 from unknown sources (investigated)

A number of LGAs just got new cases two (2) week after the lockdown was announced (lockdown 21JUN, new cases after 05JUL)

SHOALHAVEN Cases 
Last reported case in the Shoalhaven LGA was on 7th Jan ; and it was overseas acquired
16 cases reported in the Wollongong LGA from 1st July ; 3 reported last week: 3 on 3rd Aug
5 cases reported in the Wingigarabee LGA from 1st July ; 1 reported last week: 1 on 5th Aug
PROJECTIONS of Cases using last 14 days of data - If cases increase as trend
If new cases keep maintaining the current trend, we could have almost than 12,000 cases in total in
NSW by 28th Aug (3x the current caseload - that would put dangerous stress on our health system)
3x the caseload could mean 3x the hospitalisations, 3x the people in ICU and 3x the deaths
