You Can’t Stop The Beat – Dance 85% - Halloween Fun – COVID Style with the Dance Therapy Group (26th Oct 2020)
We had a party to celebrate Halloween with a few of the members of the Dance Therapy Group on Monday 26th Oct 2020. Everyone came in costume, brought dishes and drinks to share, joined in the dance session at the Nowra School of Arts Annex (video); and later to watch the film HOCUS POCUS at the Roxy Cinema in Nowra.
Halloween Fun COVID Style – Dance Therapy Group 2000-10-26 - ZUMBA – La Bicicleta – Choreography Step by Step (Slow and Fast)
We learned this choreography from the Youtube video published by DANCE MAS. Edited the video to split the choreography into sections, then lower then play speed to 85% to learn the choreography in sections. The video concludes with the choreography at full speed (100%)
