What a beautiful written piece in honour of your mother. Amazing resilience, courage and fortitude – life indeed throws us curve balls from which we grow skill and capacity. Wonderful she passed away surrounded by the love of the family she created and nurtured – a living legacy.

To consider that after the death of the body the spirit perishes is like imagining that a bird in a cage will be destroyed if the cage is broken, though the bird has nothing to fear from the destruction of the cage. Our body is like the cage, and the spirit is like the bird…. if the cage becomes broken, the bird will continue and exist. Its feelings will be even more powerful, its perceptions greater, and its happiness increased.

Hope they both have a wonderful time celebrating it with friends and family.Finally, the sad news. My Mamá passed away yesterday after 6 days of fighting in the hospital. Her lungs couldn’t work anymore. I have written something for anyone interested to know who my Mum was to me, and I’ve attached it here for those interested. I will miss her terribly.At this time, I should be back in OZ on Fri 5th June, ready for our dance session Monday 8th June if the team decides to have it (it’s the long weekend).
